How to use paint.net to edit your livery file

Firstly ofcourse, you have to have paint.net. You can download it here:
Paint.NET Download

Now you have this installed you need the plug-in. This enables Paint.net to open Photoshop type files (.psd) The Plugin is downloaded here:
Photoshop Plugin Download

Unzip that file and put it here, i am on Windows XP so for Vista it might be a bit different:
C:\Program Files\Paint.NET\FileTypes
Now its in that folder, you can "re-open" Paint.NET and use the open function to open the Template file for Photosh...

Design your Livery Online

ok, it's not quite PhotoShop but you can design your livery online...

Here's what you do...

Download this file: PSB Template

Go to: http://www.pixlr.com

Select: Image editor at the top of the page
...the app will then load

Select: Open image from computer (select the PXD file you downloaded)

Now select layer 1 and paint away...

When finished save as a jpg and you can upload here in the forum...
